Einen Gruß aus Estland schickt mir das finnische Frühstücksbufet, denn es gibt Kama 🙂 Das ist geröstetes Mehl, Erbsen und Bohnenpulver, das man in Yoghurt oder Sahne rühren kann. Die finnische Variante namens Talkkuna ist etwas feiner und schmeckt weniger stark geröstet, genaueres konnte auch der Kellner nicht rausfinden. Dennoch gutes Karma ist gewiss, da jedes noch so knurrige Rrrrr nach so einem guten Frühstück verschwindet.

Estonia sends its regards from the Finish breakfast buffet since I get Kama :)This is a brose consisting of different kinds of grinned and roasted flour or beans that can be mixed into yoghurt or cream. The variant from Finland named Talkkuna is as delicious as the Estonian, yet finer and less roasted. The exact mixture was not known to the waiter, though. Anyway, good Karma is granted for the day, because it shoos away all remaining morning Rrrrrrr.

Kama or Talkkuna?
Marit says both kama and talkkuna come from Russian – komý (dialect word for plural of pastry/bread/pancakes) and toloknó (dry-roasted oatmeal or barleymeal). Head isu!

Theaterabend in Moskau. Jean Genet „Die Zofen“ inszeniert als Tanzdrama durch das Roman-Viktyuk-Theater. Seinerseits übrigens in Polen geborener Ukrainer, hoch verehrt sowohl in der Ukraine als auch in Russland. Alle Rollen von Männern gespielt. Faszinierende Körperbeherrschung. Am Ende gab es Rosen und Schokolade vom Publikum. Das Stück läuft seit 1988. Die Neuigkeit des Tages: nein, ich bin nicht in Disneyland. Sondern in Moskau am Verlagsgebäude der Zeitung „Isvestia“. Moskau kann nicht nur auf Zuckerbäcker, sondern auch herrlich häßlich.

An evening in the theater in Moscow. Jean Genet „The Maids“ as a dance drama performed by the Roman-Viktyuk-Theater. Viktyuk is an Ukrainian born in Poland, who is highly esteemed in Ukraine and Russia. All roles played by men. Their body control was amazing and in the end they got roses and chocolate from the audience. The piece is running since 1988. News of the day? No, I am not in Disneyland but in Moscow close to the publishing house of the newspaper „Isvestia“. Still, besides being capable of delivering the gingerbread style perfectly, Moscow masters the art of ugliness, too.

Moskau — Wladiwostok, wieder unterwegs und Glück mit der fabelhaften Mitfahrerin aus Augsburg. Was für ein Spass!

Again on the train from Moscow to Wladiwostok and lucky with my companion from Augsburg. We had fun!
